It's important to contact Big Sandy RECC immediately whenever an outage has occurred at (888) 789-RECC(7322). Things to remember, stay away from any and all down power lines. Also have the following information available when you call:

 

*Account Name

 

*Location

 

*Pole # (what is this?) A metal tag with our logo, name, and a five digit number. Each pole will contain one of these. Please note that if a pole is in a hazardous situtation get the pole number of a pole closest to the hazardous pole.st
